About CSMS-DEEP
Skill Development is of paramount importance for the overall development and empowerment of the youth, SARTHI in collaboration with MKCL aims to enhance the employability and self-employability of youth, by bridging their skill deficit, in order to meet the ever-growing or burgeoning market demand for skilled manpower in 21st century’s digital technology-driven global economy and cultural ethos by way of implementing CHHATRAPATI SAMBHAJI MAHARAJ SARTHI Digital Employability Enhancement Program (“CSMS-DEEP”).
CSMS-DEEP Diploma comprises of
- Module-I: Certificate in Basic Information Technology Skills
- Module-II: Certificate in English Language Skills, Communication Skills and Soft Skills
- Module-III: Certificate in Domain Specific Basic Digital Skills
- Module-IV: Certificate in Domain Specific Advanced Digital Skills

CSMS-DEEP Eligibility
- Candidate should be between 18 to 45 years of age till January 01, 2024;
- Candidate should be 10th Standard passed;
- Income Certificate of Parent / Guardian Less than 8.00 lakhs (Non creamylayer)
- Maharashtra State Domicile Certificate of Tehsildar.
- Candidate should produce valid documentary proof/s as stipulated by SARTHI to prove that s/he is belonging to SARTHI’s Target Group (Maratha, Kunbi, Maratha-Kunbi and Kunbi-Maratha).
- Document Submission by Candidate:
- Caste Category: Maratha
- Option 1 : Maratha Caste Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (Valid till March 31, 2025)
- Option 2 : Maratha Caste Certificate and Income Certificate of last 3 years (Valid till March 31, 2025)
- Option 3 : EWS Certificate
- Option 4 : TC / LC and Income Certificate of 1 year (Valid till March 31, 2025)
- Caste Category: Kunbi or Kunbi-Maratha or Maratha-Kunbi
- Option 1 : OBC Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (Valid till March 31, 2025)
- Option 2 : OBC Certificate and Income Certificate of last 3 years (Valid till March 31, 2025)
- Caste Category: Maratha
- Common Documents:
- AADHAAR card
- Domicile of Maharashtra Certificate
- 10th Pass Certificate / Marksheet
- Date of Birth & Age Proof
- Photo & Sign
